at some point. there has to be a decision between.
“don’t take the law into your own hands. the Police will protect you”
and
” the police can not be everywhere all at the same time. the police are NOT under any obligation/ fault for not protecting you”
This could be that case.
The supreme court has stated this on multiple occasions. Anyone who depends upon the police to protect themselves or their property is a fool.
