Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz pleaded with residents on Monday not to attend crowded political rallies because of a spike in COVID-19 cases a week before the 2020 presidential election.
The state recorded more than 1,500 positive COVID-19 cases on Monday and reached a record high for Minnesota of 2,290 cases on Oct. 16 as the state increases its testing capabilities.
"I’m asking once again -- in fact, pleading," Walz said during a press call. "Just Google the candidate you want to hear speak, and then go vote. We want people to be enthusiastic about their candidates but it’s not a good decision in areas with growing positivity rates."
He continued: "Going to a speech in a crowded areas doesn’t constitute something that’s worth the risk. I’m deeply disappointed and I guess we’ll go back and talk about what we can do. I get no pleasure in putting some of these things in place but we’re using the best knowledge we have to make sure people are staying safe."

Trump should hold the rally as planned and dare the state police to try to arrest him. I bet that would create some entertainment.
A month or so ago about a zillion people got together to block off I-35W in Minneapolistan. Apparently they were pissed off about something going on in Ethiopia. Worthless Walz didn’t stop that. It happens all the time. Thee block highways and he says nothing.

You have to think the average citizen is sick to death of these democrats... 2020 has been quite the eye-opener for many normal people, they can see clearly now what absolute nutjobs the dems have become. I can’t for the life of me figure out why they are getting more positive readings.
Cases are practically meaningless.
Remember when the virus was much worse, but protests were more important?
Now they’re trying to suppress the vote.

He should take some satisfaction since no one attends Biden rallies anyway.

An epidemiological correction:
“The state recorded more than 1,500 positive COVID-19 tests on Monday”
A “case” is someone ill needing medical attention AND has a positive test of an infection. A mere positive test alone does not make a case.
And 80-90% of positive tests never need medical attention.
I don’t think it is an accident that testing boomed just before the election. It is a given that if there is more testing you discover more “positives”.
Yup, no rules for rioters!
Therefore. The rest of us Trump supporters can do exactly as we please.
No more double standards.
Trust google instead of your own eyes and ears. Sure.
