Well, you’re looking at one — Lebanon. Whether it will happen or not is another question, but the fact that they’re even ENTERTAINING and Musing about it PUBLICLY tells us where the tide is shifting.
If Lebanon normalized, that would mean that they escaped Iran’s orbit. I can’t imagine that happening without Hezbollah putting up a nasty fight.
