Urban America is unlivable. Thanks to the new technologies, companies to not need large centrally located commercial space to profitably do business. Decent people do not feel safe living in these areas. Both commercial and residential real estate is declining in value. Its only going to get worse.
San Francisco rents down 33% and continuing to fall. Many vacancies, people getting the hell out of there. An unlivable city, used to be beautiful back in the day.
