Any ruling that allows for any potential votes beyond election day, is a violation of the law there, per my understanding. Roberts is proving himself to be a liberal judicial activist that ignores the laws, and re-writes them to match his desired result, verses applying the law as written, and intended.

This is the correct take. Also, this whole order only deals with the expedited nature of the issue. Not the merits/substance. Just unnecessary freak out.

So what? they will all be Biden votes - as many as the rats can crank out so when the final tally is in, Biden will carry PA, NC, CA, SC - all with late counts.
