Hundreds of Trump supporters stuck in the cold for hours when buses can't reach Omaha rally

That “weird Biden event“ was very carefully orchestrated. It was held in a beautiful bucolic location where only some mountains in the distance and a few American flags on stands were behind Biden. He was reading from one of his giant screen teleprompters directly in front of him. The 30 or so people sitting in their circles were off to each side. He was not speaking to them. He was speaking to TV audiences that would use his strong, steady voice pretending he was speaking to a big crowd. I have already seen that on TV.

Biden is the most fake candidate who has ever run for president. Complete protection by the media is the reason he is being as successful as he is. I will be shocked if he goes anywhere where he can be asked a random question or even walk around by himself as he did after the rushed visit to PA. His handlers cannot take that chance.

“This kind of thing is normal with the use of mass transportation. Heading out for the rally, busses will be running continuously for hours, people arriving at different times during the day/evening, The crowd gradually swelling. . At the end they all want to get out and go home at the same time. Naturally many will have to wait. The imbecile at CNN probably could have figured this out but didn’t want to miss a chance to be a schmuck.”

I am not defending CNN by any means, but this is what happened here. It was not a simple situation of everyone not being able to get on a bus at the same time. There were no buses. There was obvious and total lack of organization. There was no one involved with the rally to observe that there were no buses, or to attempt to organize loading of the buses when they finally arrived. All the people who had pretty efficiently got us there were nowhere to be found getting us out. We were basically abandoned after the rally. That’s just the cold hard fact. I believe it was the police who finally got things going, and that was not their job.

Washington Post and SF Gate can’t be bothered to cover the Biden corruption scandal but have plenty of resources to report on this tripe story.

For the Washington COMPOST to write an article like this shows just HOW DESPERATE they truly are.

TRUMP in a LANDSLIDE!

The newspaper stealth-edited the piece. In the excerpt, it says “6000” people.

But here is what the article says now:

“In Omaha, buses carried about 25,000 people to the airport for the event, Pecha said. Though the campaign checked temperatures and provided masks, many of those who crowded the risers outside the airport didn’t wear them, the World-Herald reported.

How long did you have to wait? Sounds like it was very cold there. There was a Trump rally here on Monday but the bus lot was only 10 minutes away.

Meanwhile, the problem is clearly the local government.

The buses were shuttle-buses, to take people back to their cars in a parking lot 3 miles away (btw, once I was told the buses were having trouble, I would have just walked back).

The story says they made the road one-way, so the buses could NOT DRIVE ON THE ROAD TO GET PEOPLE. Apparently, some people were parked at the event, and the government decided they wanted to get them all out of the parking lots, so they made the road one-way, not realizing or caring that shuttle-buses needed to come up the same road.

Exactly!

I went to a playoff game in Buffalo. They hadn’t had time to clear the stands of ice and snow.

I was NEVER cold. I had to regulate my body temperature from OVERHEATING by removing my hat from time to time.

Did I know it was gonna be COLD and SNOWY in Buffalo in the winter?

You BETCHA!

It as about a 15 minute ride to where we parked. I believe it took a couple of hours to get back after the rally.

On election day there will be Covid, riots and fires, OH MY!

Seriously, EXPECT in the battleground states, especially in areas that usually go red, there will be lots of shenanigans going on such as protesters blocking main thoroughfares, reports of an EXTREMELY HIGH covid spike over the weekend, menacing looking individuals hanging around voting areas, outright rioting and harrassment around voting areas, etc.

Trump just left and left people to freeze to death. Those that did not freeze will get covid and die. /s

This struck my dark humor funny bone. You have nailed the U.S. PRAVDA narrative.

I went to the Minden NV rally last month and my husband and I took one look at the shuttle situation and declined to get in line for a shuttle.

We chose to walk instead 3 miles to the airport from our car, and then 3 miles back. We got our steps in that day! The weather was perfect and the ground was flat so it was pretty easy even though we’d never been there before and it was dark going back.

I don’t trust shuttles—never have. It’s nice to walk on our own accord.

Very sorry that this happened to you. The shuttles at the Minden rally were actually very organized and there were plenty of them—we just didn’t want to deal with more lines.

When there’s a gathering of 25,000 people I wouldn’t trust a fleet of buses of 50 each to get anywhere fast.

I agree. Somehow this is just not the year to wait until Election Day. I’m voting tomorrow, my first time doing in person early voting.
