First, I would make sure ALL Americans have an effective mask. There should be no more B.S. about the effectiveness of all the varieties of masks people are using. Some are just not effective at all. Masks should fit on he face like a sock and filter the virus laden droplets perfectly. Anything short is giving the public a false sense of security in exchange for the discomfort caused by wearing them.
