Hi gasshog! I only use 93 Octane in my Hog, a 93FXR!
I had to switch to SUN, as RSBN’s camera problems were driving me nuts.
I love RSBN, and feel a little disloyal doing so, and I know it isn’t their fault. Their own camera never arrived and they had to use an unfamiliar one.
But this is too important for me to have to deal with glitches.
Let’s hope they get their real camera for the next rally.
My RSBN feed has been perfect.
Yup - professional camera lenses vary alot, ya need a 20x or better to get up close and the more zoom the more camera shake so also need very stable tripod.
I notice on RSBN fully zoomed the depth of field isnt that good the background is blurred. No big deal I guess but I am going for the best HD image if I can get it.
If CSPAN was airing this rally live Id be watching them but they dont cover them all.
