I don't know how this doesn't go back to SCOTUS. First he ruled that PA can continue tallying fake mail ballots, but then ruled that WI couldn't. It's so schizophrenic.

I'm sure that ruling was NOT intended to apply to fraudulent ballots. They will be part of the unintended consequences.
