I think they do, or these bastards would’ve been shot long ago by the rooftop gang.
They don’t seem that serious if that hasn’t happened, being right up against the front fence.
Let them try to cross over that fence and see what happens. For starters, there are some nice little doggies on the other side who just love to latch on to human body parts and do some serious chomping. To repeat, that’s just for starters.
