She may have had that bone tossed to her by McConnell.
She desperately needs to hang onto her Senate seat and if McConnell knew he had the votes, he could have given her the leeway to do that to appease her voters since she voted FOR Kavanaugh.
She must get re-elected otherwise the dems pick up a Senate seat.
