My wife has been exposed. She has a little crud and went to the doctor this morning to be tested. He gave her a steroid shot and a prescription for more steroids.
I’ve been hitting Zicam, vitamin D and tonic water pretty hard since Saturday night. I felt a little rough for a while yesterday afternoon, but I feel normal and good today.

Great. I think that might be the magical concoction. Prior to surgery in June, my doctor put me on a vitamin and supplement protocol for the whole month before and the month after. One required was D3. I drink diet tonic water a lot, anyhow, and we both pop a zinc lozenge if we’re going out an about. We’ve been fine.
Vitamins A, C, D3, K2, Zinc and a shot of Sambucol...NO problem to date.
