I know one thing for sure. Because of my COPD I watch the Ohio "dashboard" on covid very close, and in mid September the rate of cases was going down. Now the rate appears to be going up in September.! Unless I've gone senile, they changed it in October.!! Man, That's just wrong.! :(

Deaths is more telling, but will always lag behind cases. The 7-day moving average for deaths in Ohio peaked in mid-September at 33 per day before falling down to a low of 9 per day on October 20th. That’s since come back up to an average of 27 per day.
