4-4 just 3 days ago for the same damn thing in PA. sending it back to lower court who ruled against us!!

I think the PA ruling was based on a ruling made by the PA state supreme court; and the WI ruling dealt with a lower federal court ruling. Roberts didn’t want to mess with a PA, state constitutional matter
