He certainly is. He may be reserved and slow moving but hes right on target tonight. Hes been a great supporter of judicial knowing that they are the longest serving group. They will make the biggest difference in how the future of our country evolves. He purposely kept BO from appointing judges leaving DJT with a huge number. Dont forget the presidents sister Maryann was an appellate court judge. He knows how laws work.
I’m enjoying this greatly.....
I am thinking Mitch is buying time.
Be patient everyone.
That windpipe McConnell should shut his boring mouth and go right the vote....now!!!
Patience. Mitch is giving a free and VALUABLE history lesson.
Pay attention! There WILL be a test!
:-)
Yep!! It’s our turn to gloat after the sheer agony those bastards have put us through!
He just said elections have consequences! Loving this.
Reminds me of the old Bob and Ray radio bit "Slow Talkers of America"
Hes making sure the president is back at the White House.
He didn’t buckle and allowed this to go through. I think he’s earned the right to prattle on as long as he wants.
“Legitimacy does not come from their (Democrats) feelings.” LOL
He also dropped the “elections have consequences” line on them.
I hope ratings are sky high.
Ridiculous. He’s calmly stating FACTS to refute their lies. He has a very good mind.
Collins had announced as a No the other day.
Hopefully Mitch doesn’t “gloat” enough other reluctant GOP wishy-washers into pulling a McCain and screwing this up.
My non-ivy league law school produced SCOTUS Justices David Brewer and Robert Jackson.
Ha! Hope he’s back for this monumental moment!
I guess the Dims are boycotting this vote. I think Mitch commented that they seemed to departed after Schmucky’s speech. Won’t take as long to go through a roll call vote.
He’s not prattling.
He’s educating. :-)
