Dementia is irreversible. The brain literally deteriorates. Once that occurs there's no coming back. Cognitive ability declines, often rapidly, this was the case with my late mother. In time Biden will need help with feeding himself, dressing himself, going to the bath room. Eventually more serious decline will occur as he will lose awareness of his surroundings, he will have trouble recognizing or remembering his wife and his family. He already has trouble sometimes knowing where he is, remembering who previous presidents were and he seems not to be able to articulate numbers and figures. And as the condition worsens he will be a prime candidate for stroke. I have no sympathy for Joe Biden. None at all. To say I do would be a lie. Biden is a piece of garbage. He's a bum.
