Thought about this a couple days and I’m not sure. He followed up with “just like you guys did for the Obama administration.”
And we all know they cheated like crazy during both of Obama’s elections. I think he may have accidentally told the truth.
I’m thinking voter fraud would be the last thing Democrats would be concerned about as a guilty party.

I think this is the most plausible explanation. Dementia doesn't only result in things being said that are incorrect, there are things said that are not meant to be said. That's why Biden is a walking grenade with the pin removed. No one knows what the hell may come out of his mouth at any moment. The Country has gone crazy to have such absurdity continue.
