The problem is actually religious and originates on our side.

“The problem is actually religious and originates on our side.”
Not sure on this. An example is the current lockdown of the different states. Between March and April 2020, 43 governors issued orders directing residents to stay at home and nonessential businesses to close in response to the coronavirus pandemic. All Democratic governors (24) issued stay-at-home orders in their states, while 19 of the 26 Republican governors issued stay-at-home orders.
I think you are illustrating the protection of God from the free will actions of man. And the control and, in too many times, the effort to over rule doctors in their prescribing outside of opioids is an example of that control for one reason or another, and not a religious one. It was a tool to get a liberal/socialist elected, not to protect the people. Tack that on to BLM and their fantasy scenarios of Floyd, Taylor, Marshall, and Brown, and the willingness of too many voters to support the destruction of the country for the purposes of blind party voting, and I think that’s where the real efforts are toward.
I have no doubt that God is watching, but he’s also allowing the free will God mentioned in John 7:17 and Romans 4:1 with many other verses like them. God does not do. God provides the opportunity for man to do. It is man’s choice how.
