If prison reform is the top issue among blacks.. then maybe we should be thinking of some solution outside of the white house.

I wouldn't say prison reform is a top issue for me. And I am black myself. Prison reform is good, but tackling the underlying causes is better.
Way I see it, blacks essentially want what everybody else wants, that is a good education, good job, good income, good economy, low crime rate, great neighborhood to bring up their families etc.
Why do you think every successful black guy moves quickly out of the hood into very nice locales, including LeBron James (despite all his loud BLM talk).
The number one reason blacks should vote for Trump is that he gave blacks the best economy blacks ever had, including the lowest black unemployment rate in history, plus opportunity zones, plus the highest black small business ownership in history etc. A rising tide lifts everyone.
