But I’m pretty sure it was some sort of derogatory thing like “the smart guy say you don’t need a mask“. And then Biden says “I’m tired of smart guys“.
My point being was something to that effect.
Whatever the case, it was a bad sound byte, recognized it as soon as I heard it.
