Are those tatts supposed to be attractive or are they a tribe identity signal?
My thoughts exactly. I have no tattoos, but I’ve seen many that are actually good art.
Looks like street graffiti on her left arm. Collection of fragments of a bad dream.
And she has to live with that for the rest of her life. And it looks like the tattoo artist signed his name under her left boob.

One guy’s tattoo was Latin for “ launch into the deep”. I thought that was interesting until I looked up the source.
“ Motto of Memorial University of Newfoundland, as well as of the band 30 Seconds to Mars.”
30 Seconds to Mars is the name of that guy’s middling rock band.
Oh well.
