Have we totally lost our minds. Druggies do not work. That is not why they steal from and assault people. They need a FIX. I'm surprised that she didn't claim, "This is happening more frequently now because Corona is stopping people from jetting to their chalets in Aspen or attending film festivals in Cannes."
