Yeah it may be finally over.
Funny thing, the judge asking for this suggests that the judge thinks DOJ would file fraudulent documents with the court. Which they did do, with Flynn and Page and others.
Mostly I think this is just the judge’s last ditch effort to delay resolution which in itself perpetuates the miscarriage of justice that has been this ridiculous Russia Hoax. I hope Flynn finds a way to get full reimbursement for his expenses, plus treble damages for the years of his life and stress over all this.
If a judge believes that the DOJ filed fraudulent documents with the court, the judge needs to throw out the case. Guess that would be too logical!
It is just yet another “delay” in the guise of “Let’s make sure that this thing will not go away until after the election.”
