President Trump's re-election campaign is showcasing a fundraising record they set around Thursdays second debate between the president and Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
The campaign, the Republican National Committee (RNC) and their joint fundraising arms hauled in a combined $26 million around the final presidential debate, the campaign said Friday.

Less than two weeks to put it to good use.
Pretty amazing, considering it was kind of late, at least in eastern and central time zones, for anyone to be donating last night. Unless people were donating as it went along, and it became clear that POTUS was knockin’ it out of the park!
Proof that when Biden speaks he scares the hell out of people.

Not sure how ads work. Many are co-ops with non-campaign actors and perhaps there is a reservation fee, with the total being due upon airing? Some $ from originating group/some from national campaign? I never worked the financial end of things, so IDK.
Trump started the campaign with a full war chest and money has flowed in consistently.
IIRC, both Clintons & Obama are known as extremely slow-to-no pays.
As to ads, for the 1st time in weeks, the campaign ads on my regional conservative talk radio station (conservative talkers from 7am-8pm), have finally switched to all being for Trump or R candidates.
And the spate of glossy mailers from the Ds have subsided, while the ones for the Rs are predominating.
I got a couple of polling &/or D phone bank calls a week during the past month and zero from the Rs. I don’t answer the Ds; they go straight to VM.
AMEN
