Interesting. Based on what I have read I think it is possible that most of the people in the Hunter Biden/Devon Archer orbit have some criminal exposure. I think it is partially why some of them came forward because they were clearly very amateurish about their “business model” and crimes as you would expect a crack addict and Ivy-league crook to be (especially protected by an arrogant politician).
You don’t have to be a forensic accountant to see that there was clearly money laundering and fraud (they had “investors” folks) involved here.

He should refuse to answer any question without being allowed to video the entire session and with his own camera and lawyer present. He should not agree to depend upon only a FBI 302 as the sole documentation of the session. Mike Flynn can attest to this. There is no reason for the FBI to deny him this request.
Apparently Tony wasn’t listening or didn’t understand what the original FBI agents meant when they told him to keep quiet about what he found.

That is my fear. So sad we have no confidence in this institution anymore. Hannity keeps saying 99% of FBI agents are patriots. I don’t think the number is that high.
This is not being led by DOJ anymore. From what I am seeing and hearing in my circles the answer is yes.
