Who cancelled it? Did Bobulinski get nervous about a perjury trap? Did he ask for immunity and the Fibbers refused? Did Trump tell the FBI not to touch this guy because he thinks Wray will bury it? Is there another agency involved? Is there other evidence that discredits him? Is he going to talk to Johnson?

Could be anything from a traffic stop, to an encounter with an enraged leftist. It is better to be prepared for all emergencies than not. Since it is approximately the same size as the 'compact flash' memory cards, it's easy to have it with you at all times.
You can also use it to make quick notes for yourself, if you're like me, and are getting old and forgetful.

Also, the fact the FBI sat on this info during the impeachment trial tell you everything you need to know about where they would take it. They say they didn't look at it? There was an impeachment trial going on for weeks which involved the same guy who owned the laptop. They knew enough to get a subpoena for the thing. The idea that they didn't look at it is a lie.

Bobulinski told the Committee he still plans to meet and talk with them but FBI had asked to interview him. So will see. Hopefully he has copies of what is on his phones.
Wish Bob had kept the meeting first with Senate and then meet with FBI after. But, hopefully this guy has lot of lawyers and copies of the data.
