Thursday marked the second Presidential debate, with Donald Trump and Joe Biden taking to the stage again to discuss various important topics ahead of Novembers election.
This years debates havent been without their drama. In the first one, Biden told Trump to shut up, then in the Vice Presidential debate a fly landed on Mike Pences head, and the latest debate certainly didnt disappoint either.
One key moment that everyone picked up on was when Biden intensely stared at his watch, and its being compared to a moment in a 1992 town hall debate.

IMHO, Bush Sr. looking at his watch was such a non-issue both in reality and in the minds of voters. Him breaking his promise to raise taxes, though, was relevant.
IMHO the main reason Bush Sr. lost re-election was because it would have been the fourth term in a row for Republicans. With that in mind, it's probably amazing that Bush Sr. won his first term to begin with (almost certainly due to Reagan's immense popularity).
I don't mean that as a slam against Bush Sr. or Republicans. I'm just saying you have to go back to the 1950's for other times when a party won the WH more than two terms in a row.
