Those time intervals - in fact any Senate rule - can be waived on unanimous consent. That won't happen with this nominee.

Unless they have changed the schedule, cloture vote is scheduled for tomorrow. Sunday is the required “intervening calendar day”, and the vote will be taken Monday.
