I have voted for republicans since I became us citizen. I will continue to. But one thing I can’t get it is that some republicans like her is gutless. Why is precisely she so reluctant on this confirmation? Are her constituents democrats? It’s Alaska for god sake. I will bet that more than half of her constituents will support or don’t care her Yes vote on this confirmation

Decades ago, Democrats started infiltrating the Republican ranks to “muddy the waters” and make things more complicated for our side.
They were very successful, and now that type of Republican is called a RINO (Republican In Name Only);
They were SO successful, that they immensely assisted the leftists move the so called “goal posts” (the “center” of the two major political parties) so far left and so fast, that the LIV (Low Information Voters, people who weren’t pating attention to the politics, just voting by party name) never saw it, or didn’t care.
What they call “Center” now would put John F. Kennedy FAR to the right of center (he would be more Republican than most of the Republicans in official government positions today, even though he was a Democrat).
It is MUCH more complicated than that (McCarthy/Communism, etc.), but this is the gist of it.
Put this POS on an iceberg and send her out to sea. She’s a backstabbing bitch with no morals or ethics.
Unfortunately the GOP is stuck with her until they can get a real feisty woman candidate to knock her out of politics.

Much of the work there is seasonal, when not working they’re on welfare. The Canadian Maritime Provinces are very similar, then throw in the heavily welfare dependent large Indian population. Now you have a huge block of votes that think they can’t do without her.
Don’t get me wrong I would love to see her gone. It’s not going to be easy. I think a Palin challenge, Murk would sweep aside easily. (I hope I’m wrong !) I think Palin’s time has come and gone. ( Again I hope I’m wrong !)

Why do welfare addicts assume they need Democrats? It’s been ages since Republicans did much j oh f anything to end federal welfare? They keep voting for it everY year like clockwork. Yes, occasionally they try to cut down on the cheating so that’s a point. But both parties are socialist nowadays. As for me, I keep fussing how welfare is not properly a federal issue. States should do whatever welfare programs they wish. I also think the welfare programs would work a lot better this way. But I like the USA constitution, you know that piece of parchment written by a bunch of evil white men ages ago ? /s. Alaska could at least maybe find a senator who didn’t make such a fool of herself all the time (politics aside)?
