Looking at his assignment record, he must have been a ring knocker. In 4 years he went through pilot training and advanced jet fighter training and then never went to an active fighter unit. He either washed out of fighter school or had some issue or condition that kept him from being a fighter pilot. The rest of his career is mostly in public affairs, with a command assignment of sorts in the missile support squadron at Malmstrom AFB. After that back to public affairs. This guy was guided through a series of high level assignments that normally would not have been given to a lieutenant/captain during the 92 to 01 period of time. It would appear he had at least 1 or 2 below the zone promotions, probably to major and LtCol and probably to Colonel. This guy was brought along.
Thats the truth
Before we try this with multi-million dollar jets and our Military lets try making the NFL and the NBA “racially proportional” to see how it works...the 80% of blacks that will have to be let go can then join the Military and give up their millions and work for peanuts to fly those million dollar planes....
I care not the color of the pilot defending my great nation. I want a fighter pilot that will strap himself into an F-15 or F-16 and do battle with skill. I want a bomber pilot that can fly halfway around the world and drop munitions with great accuracy. I want a tanker pilot that will meet those aircraft at 30,000 feet and give them fuel at night (that is not an easy task) so they can complete their mission of bringing death and destruction to our enemies or just keeping the peace.
I care not the color of my pilot nor the sex of my pilot. Hell, I do not even care who they sleep with. I just want the best damn pilot there is fighting for my nation.
Exactly
Sounds like he washed out of pilot training and was reassigned to staff work. Was he an Academy grad? Did he have ranking relatives in the service? No flying assignments following pilot training listed?...,..
Axe to grind?

Because we want to lose!
What a dystopian present we live in.
Don’t know about George, but wasn’t Michael Brown who supposedly wanted to be a pilot? The Maj. General would have been so happy to recruit him.
The USAF has given special treatment to women and minorities since at least 1990 (when I was in training).
“Would a fighter jet look cool with some big ass rims.”
Fo’ shizzle!
First one needs to apply for flight training. You are not offered it in a silver platter. I did it and made it but many didn’t. Mind you 2 in 100 applying for Army Warrant Officer flight training make the cut. That is how the ball bounces and if your heart is not in it you get bounced out.
On the other hand this guy is not even a rated aviator. Maybe he got bounced early in his career.
Can you imagine WW2 generals on the eve of DDay?
“...Gotta get more blacks & women, diversity is our plan of war.”
Feckless traitorous generals need to be executed.
You want your surgeon, pilot and dentist to be skilled, not skin color.
>> The tragic death of George Floyd
An overdose up the rectum can do that, ignorant Ed.
Yeah....put those Geo Floyd druggie dudes in charge of the Air Force.
Air Force will have a whole new meaning.
Yahoo is a Democrat mouthpiece, every day of the week.
Here’s another reason why this needs to change.
WOW! This guy got shuffled around a lot - even for the Air Force. Huuummm...;-)
Did he fly as a pilot very much? Nothing seems to stand out except for flight training. At first glance, looks like a lot of office jobs. I’ll have to look at it again.
Yahoo sucks.
Here’s why this needs to change:
It’s basically Huffington Post.
Virtually every article is either TDS, propaganda for the Democrats, divisive, and/or Progressive Democrat.
Or some combination of above.
