Affirmative Action needs to be ended. NOW.
We need pilots who can FLY. I don’t give a baseball-bat-sized excretion if they’re white, black, blue, green, orange, indigo, or fuschia with silver sparkles shooting out the butt.
You do NOT base an integral and critical component of a nation’s defense capabilities on making sure every racial group’s widdle feewings are massaged with kid gloves into a warm and fuzzy state.

The black population is 13%, so the percentage of white pilots is right in line.
There is no justification for increasing that percentage. It’s perfectly fair right now.

Question How many qualified Blacks have applied to the USAF to become Pilots or any other specialty? I Think that more blacks that apply the more will become qualified to be pilots or anything they wish to do. But they have to apply and meet the same rigorous standards that apply to every other Airman.
