Yes. Also, the number of “policy making” federal employees is small, but they do great damage. This is a good step, but I’d like to see ALL federal employees subject to firing for poor performance, as long as that performance is defined, empirical and measurable.
What if the empirical performance is defined as how many rainbow parades one has attended, white guilt seminars, etc...?
I fear this will ALWAYS be a moving target problem because even empiricism can still be twisted.
