Yes, but the clerk that read the official roll said “12 votes yes, 10 votes no”, even though the TV feed, as you say, showed 0 votes either way. I think the clerk’s reading of the vote roll is the official one :(
The clerk was instructed to call the roll "favorably to the floor" as instructed and refused to do so. She took it upon herself to the call the absent votes as "NO". Graham took her effort and put it in the trash can at the end.

My response to one of my useless senators on the issue:
“To say I was displeased with your response in regards to the nomination of the extremely well qualified Judge Barrett would be a gross understatement. Using “precedent” as an excuse? Really? How about showing some leadership and letting the minority leader know that this is not a game and you will proceed to vote in the affirmative when the vote comes to the floor now that is has been passed out of committee. You should proudly lead the way in setting a ‘new precedent’ which should not be the basis for this process anyway.
Another point comes to mind now that Judge Barrett’s nomination has been passed out of the judiciary committee . Surely you must be highly embarrassed at the juvenile antics that were on display when the committee vote was called. Not a single minority member was present and instead had large photos in their chairs which few people can relate to. These childish partisan antics do NOT play well with people who actually take this process seriously. It appears that the minority committee members would rather not participate. Your colleagues should have at least had the intestinal fortitude to show up and vote “NO” instead of there being a “no vote”. How disgusting.
Do the right thing, be a champion for equality and support women’s rights and vote to confirm Judge Barrett when the vote comes to the floor. The American people, including Nevadans, don’t pay you to play these the partisan games.”
