“New cases” aka positive tests mean nothing.
Over 99.9% survive, don't show any symptoms at all, or show very mild symptoms.
Even an old geezer (albeit a strong vigorous
one) like President Trump recovered like a rocket in three days.
Over 100 million tests equals more positives.
Why are we even wasting our time over this nonsense?

USA testing is now 128 million - that is almost 40% of our population.
Of course, many people have been tested more than once.
Regardless, USA testing for COVID in 2020 has been the most comprehensive national testing in world history.
