Here in Republican bastion Placer County there are two voting centers, but no Election Day polls open. I’m hand carrying me and my sons ballots to a drop off site in a government building tomorrow. Don’t trust the mail and who knows what could happen at drop boxes out in public.
No offense to your boy, but he’s not an idealist; he’s a victim of a propaganda campaign since he was little. On the ballot here in CA is a measure that would allow 17 year olds to vote I’m primary if they’re going to be 18 by the General.’ I’m voting “no thanks.”
