Supplies of the vaccines will initially be tight.People with comorbidity and fairly advanced age - and health care workers - should get first dibs.
But for people whose age/health profile is slightly better - like me - taking a vaccine which is known to be highly safe and at least somewhat effective (or thought to be safe and known to be effective) makes sense. If Californians don’t use the vaccine early, I’ll take it.
If you are a kindergartener, your mileage could legitimately vary since, essentially, you’re already immune and have no prospective benefit worth mentioning.
Not relying on science any more?
Arizona is about 2 hours away, Newsom. So’s Nevada. Unless you intend to seal the border. Good luck with that.
These governors, they get into office and get into their head Calif is the 5th largest economy, and get to thinking that Calif is it’s own country, instead of just one state of many.
