Does the author take into account the states where the court allowed counting to continue past election day, and accepting un-postmarked ballots?If you had taken the time to read the article, rather than doing a FReeper post {i.e. post first read only if embarrassed by your post} you'd have known your question was redundant.

Mean culpa!
I went and checked; author said the delay would be at most 3 days after election day.
Also said a lot of folks are esrly-voting and voting in person, and any absentee votes are already in.
