Require all these prisoners to stay in Marin County and see how long that lasts. They will not be released.

not to worry- the moment they step out into the streets, and have to slog through piles of human poop just to get anywhere- they will turn right around and ask to be incarcerated again

Since when does the court make rules about COVIN? They are such a despicable lot.

This is why a quick death penalty is vital. Even someone like chris watts could be let free.

A deadly COVID outbreak that doesn’t make a single inmate dead. I wonder if an Inmate gets shivved and tests positive at his autopsy is it ruled a COVID death?

There have been more than 2,200 confirmed cases of COVID-19 among San Quentin inmates and 28 inmate deaths. In addition, nearly 300 San Quentin staff members have been infected, resulting in one death. Tuesday’s court ruling called the outbreak “the worst epidemiological disaster in California correctional history.”

That is a low death rate for the prisoners, considering that a number of them are probably older and/or very unhealthy.

Amongst the staff members it is nearly zero.

It's actually a "case study" that shows very low death rates in an institutional setting (other than nursing homes).

Get ‘em to Gitmo then. Hardened criminals can’t be let out to walk the streets. Something worse than Covid might happen to them, and wouldn’t that be a shame?

And those who put them there and testified against them will be hunted and killed. It is time these people stood up and did the same to thier releasers

“resulting in one death”.

So the liberal court wants to put 1700 murderers and violent felons back on the street over one single Covid death. Supposedly. For all we know, he got shanked while he had Covid and it was labelled a “Covid death” while he bled out on the floor of the exercise yard.

I assure you there will be many many more than one murder of innocent people if they let these 1700 scumbags out of prison.
