I can remember him on the Hugh Spweitt show, when Hugh had the afternoon slot--now occupied with The Great One Levin--begging for donations. He was a lousy interview, almost illiterate with every third word a hesitation marker or a pause. Was surprised why the Spewitt kept him coming back to the show.
