I can almost guarantee you that at least 75% of these teachers who are too scared to go to school went the the beach, friends house for a Party, went shopping for “non-essential” items in stores, etc. over the summer.
I wold tell them you must show up to school and teach you remote lesson from your classroom. If they refuse to do that, fire them.
I’ve seen a few who seem to have plenty of time to spend on Twitter to tell me Orange Man Bad, vote Biden because I’m a Dr. I’ve also seen a PAC running a ad of Dr’s saying how bad it is, etc., you must vote Biden as we need a real leader or something to that effect.
Remember back in March/April we had the TickTok nurses screaming stay home for us, we are overwhelmed and suffering, people are dying, etc. then wasting limited PPE for a dance video in a hospital hallway?
I really have lost most of my respect for Drs and Nurses as a result of this. They demand I do what they say (stay home, wear a mask) they they are the first to go shopping, go the beach or if a Dr. change their mind on the subject several times and argue how dare you question me.
How did these idiots make it through med school?
Of course there will be a rise in cases. Getting tested is becoming much more common now that flu season is upon us. Every gone someone sniffles....
They should be focused on how low the death rate is going... but they don’t mention that.
The good news: nobody has died of old age in six months! It’s a miracle!
And to prove they are right Im sure they have their virus spray bottles at the ready for the event
