This is the #1 reason my horses are at the back of the property, away from being visible from the main road. The gates are locked, and the trees are screening anyone from viewing them back there. Sick people shoot at harmless domestic animals.
People are so messed up. I also have my barn and pasture at the back of my property. At one time, there was hundreds of undeveloped acres backing up to my fence line, but they put in a road and a house and the kids who live there have been harassing my dogs and farm animals. So we had to put in a tall privacy fence and cameras along the back property line.
