Not a bad thing, Joe’s debate strategy has been to interrupt Also to smirk, laugh, snarl, sigh and then declare EVERYTHING the other guy just said is a lie. He did it with Paul Ryan, he tried it with Sarah Palin and the same in the first Trump debate.
