The filibuster is not dead yet, but yes, it only takes a majority vote in the Senate to approve a USSC nominee. Our next USSC Justice WILL be Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

I watched some her Judicial Hearing, and what an impressive woman she is. Yet, Trump is a womanizer. Sheesh.
