I’ve been on this planet for close to six decades and not once has my pistol accidentally fallen out of it’s holster.

In the sense that he didn’t mean for them to see or hear what he was doing? Most likely, yes it was truly not intended.

That said, most folks do not enjoy watching someone....get off...or try to get off..... while during a meeting....

I guess that’s how it happened. .....
