I fear you are correct. Cooper controls the board of elections. The big cities are controlled by Democrats. There are many Dem judges who will hold the polls open in specific urban districts while the rest of the polls in the state close. About 11:00 p.m. stacks of ballots will be discovered in Durham, Mecklenburg, and Wake counties which will carry Cooper, Cunningham, Biden and the state legislature over the top. The media will declare Dem victory, the RINO state GOP leadership will acquiesce. During Cooper’s second term, with a Dem controlled legislature, North Carolina will enact Virginia governor Northam’s program - high taxes, Medicaid expansion, gun restrictions, liberal abortion, and many new social programs.
