Nope. You folks do Daylight Savings Time. We in Arizona keep our clocks the same (except on some contrary Indian reservations). MST=PDT. Our Noon event is 3PM on the east coast. Our 3pm even is 6PM on the east coast.

So 3PM ET for the first rally and between 6-7PM ET for the second.
Trump is usually a little late for his second rallies (when he does more than one in a day) so I'm thinking it will start closer to 7PM here on the East Coast.
