As a dad, I am not unhappy about giving condoms to young teens. To Mrs D and I this is so far down the list. We know teens will have sex, so why not protect them?

Protect them from what?

They are the least reliable form of birth control going, just as a start.

If you think it's such a great idea, then supply them yourself instead of expecting taxpayers who oppose encouraging promiscuity in immature teens.

No, I replied without a cup of coffee...The parents should buy the condoms. When a state gets involved in sending something for free (let’s say a $1 widget from Walmart) it will cost the TAXPAYERS $15 for the. ‘free’ widget.
