Joe Biden's extremist labor agenda
The Hill ^ | October 17, 2020 | Steve Delie

Joe Biden campaigns as a moderate, yet his labor policy is anything but. He supports the most radical rewrite of federal labor laws in U.S. history, and American workers should be afraid.

Biden’s plan is sweeping. He would strip states of their ability to regulate their own affairs, end workers’ freedom to choose whether to join a union, and destroy independent contracting and the “gig” economy. If elected, Biden will push an agenda that would eviscerate the rights of tens of millions of workers, put labor unions in control of the economy, and impose a one-size-fits-all labor system on the entire country.

The former vice president certainly isn’t hiding his intentions. His campaign website clearly sets out the basics of his preferred reforms. The lowlights include:

Abolishing right-to-work laws. Instead of freeing workers to choose whether or not to associate with a union, Biden’s plan would return us to the days where, union members or not, employees will be forced to pay at least some portion of union dues or be terminated. Tens of millions of workers would lose freedom from such a policy.

Forced national public-sector bargaining. Currently, no federal law addresses collective bargaining for state and local government employees; instead, that issue is left to each state. Biden would eliminate that arrangement by making collective bargaining mandatory for all state and local government employees. In other words, Biden’s plan would rob states of their ability to act as laboratories of democracy by dictating a federal central plan.

Elimination of the secret ballot. Instead of permitting employees to vote secretly on whether to be represented by a union, Biden’s plan calls for all elections to be handled by “card check.”

The Founding Fathers obviously didn’t think the Constitution gave the federal government the power to regulate the management of slaves, only their importation and sale.

If everybody got paid twice as much, things would cost twice as much.

Mess with the states and the states may call a constitutional convention.

When you read this article you may want to keep in mind, should Biden get elected he will only be he “Spokes person” or “Figurehead” for the ones behind the scene pulling his strings as he certainly doesn’t have he smarts to come up with all this on his own. And rest assured that the ones behind the scene already have an agenda prepared to be implemented as soon as ‘Their Boy Joe’ makes it to the top.

An agenda loved by big banks assuring them to make more money where as the little guy, that’s you is left holding he bag as usual. Another reason why big banks are donating big money to the Biden campaign, probably something what has escaped the little voter on the left, who is no\thing more than just one of their dumb pawns to be manipulated
