i like hot soup year round. but I realize a lot of people only do hot soup with the weather is cool.
When I lived in Houston about every other day I put a small crock pot of soup on in AM for PM meal.

She is a soup fanatic. Especially, the closer we get to *our* fall. We were just talking about soup served in bread bowls. Yum!!
