The ballot harvesting attempt was DOA from the get go. The US Supreme Court has already ruled (back in 2000) that only state legislatures can change election laws, not judges or governors or anyone else.

So you think that the Michigan Supreme Court will affirm this decision? Or, will every liberal white shoe lawyer in Michigan march up to the bar and do everything they can to overturn this little upstart Apellate Court. I don’t know the makeup of the Michigan Supreme Court, my guess is that it’s 4-3 in favor of the Libs.

The rats have plans to take down Trump come he’ll or high water. They’ll stop at nothing. Riots, terror attacks, assaination attempts. I really, and sadly can’t put anything passed them with less than 20 days to go. There first planned seems to be some sort of harvesting scam. The courts seem to be pushing back against that. Surely they planned for this possibility.
